Qigong is a practice of meditative movement based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is practiced by millions of people worldwide and focuses on improving health and increasing vitality and a sense of wellbeing throughout the life cycle. Qigong can be done sitting or standing and is appropriate for people of all ages and all levels of physical ability. People with health conditions or limited mobility can practice Qigong as well. I have been fortunate to study with outstanding teachers, and have brought my practice of Qigong to the internet via Zoom classes taught on Sunday and Tuesday mornings, every week at 9:30 AM Israel time.
